1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Kuki OSS, Kuki Core, or any related service (together, "Kuki"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Use of the service

Kuki OSS is provided under its license and may be self-hosted freely. Kuki Core, where applicable, is provided subject to any separate order form or subscription agreement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account credentials associated with Kuki Core and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into Kuki. Kuki does not claim ownership over your operational data.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use Kuki to violate any applicable law.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to Kuki's infrastructure.
• Do not use Kuki to process data you do not have the right to process.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Kuki is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuki and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Kuki after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
